How to reserve Circuit Bungalow

• Kindly note that the privilege of booking this Circuit bungalow is reserved for Government Sector officials/ Semi-Government Officials and Retired Government Officials as well as Defense Forces (Army, Police, Civil Defense) only.
• For reservation of Circuit bungalows, duly fill up the application form given herewith and visit the nearest Divisional Secretariat/ District Secretariat or Ministry of Home Affairs, ("Nila Madura",Elvitigala Mawatha, Narahenpita,Colombo 05, Sri Lanka).
• You can reserve Circuit bungalows  30 days (One month) prior to the checking date from the date of your application.

We hope that you who stay at the circuit bungalow will give priority and consideration to the following points.

• The applicant must stay in the Circuit Bungalow and while staying in the Circuit Bungalow, the Official ID card, a copy of the application form approved by the Ministry/District Secretariat and the original copy of the paid receipt must be submitted to the Circuit Bungalow Keeper. As the Circuit Bungalow Keepers of the Circuit Bungalow accommodation have been informed, not to provide accommodation for persons who are not mentioned in the application, no person whose name is not mentioned in the application should not be taken to stay in the Circuit Bungalow accommodation.
• Please note that those arriving for accommodation without the applicant will have to be turned away.
• The Circuit bungalow is reserved on the basis of cancellation of this reservation at short notice in case of duty requirement of this Ministry. In such case the amount paid will be refunded.
• No refund of money paid or provision of another date will be made if the Circuit Bungalow cannot be used due to the reason of the applicant.
• The reserved application form will not be allowed to be transferred to another applicant for any reason.
• The applicant must satisfy himself as to the identity of the lodger and the applicant must bear all responsibilities in respect of the same during the period of accommodation.
• Payment for bed sheets, towels, pillowcases and food and beverages must be made to the host.When getting foods and beverages, the menu should be asked from the Circuit Bungalow Keeper and the relevant money should be paid accordingly. A formal receipt must be obtained for every payment made at the Circuit Bungalow accommodation.
• No damage should be done to anything inside or outside during the time spent in the Circuit Bungalow accommodation. In the event of such loss or damage, you shall bear all costs of repairing it.
• The use of alcohol and smoking is completely prohibited in this Circuit bungalow.
• If any complaint is received against you regarding any action taken during your stay in the Circuit Bungalow accommodation, your and your family's applications for allotment of Circuit Bungalow accommodation will not be considered in the future.
