“අපි වෙනුවෙන් අපි” අරමුදල ගැන 2008 අංක 6 දරණ අපි වෙනුවෙන් අපි අරමුදල් පනතට අනුව සන්නද්ධ සේවා සාමාජිකයින්ට නිවාස තැනීම සදහා හෝ නිවාස මිලදී ගැනීම සදහා ණය ලබාදීම පිණිස අපි වෙනුවෙන් අපි අරමුදල ස්ථාපිත කර ඇත. එමෙන්ම තම රාජකාරි ඉටු කරන අතරතුරදී තුවාල ලද හෝ මියගිය ත්රිව්ධ හමුදාවේ හෝ පොලීසියේ යම් සාමාජිකයකුට හෝ සාමාජිකයන්ගේ පවුල් වලට සුභසාධන ප්රතිලාභ ලබාදීමද සිදුවේ.
මෙම අරමුදල කළමණාකරන මණ්ඩලයක් මගින් පාලනය වන අතර එම මණ්ඩලය අදහස් කරන ආකාරයට සහ කාර්යයන්ට අරමුදලට අයත් මුදල් ජනාධිපතිවරයාගේ විධිවිධාන වලට යටත්ව යොදා ගනු ලැබේ. මෙම පනතට අනුව අරමුදලේ අරමුණු හා පරමාර්ථ පහත පරිදි ඉදිරිපත් කල හැක. සන්නද්ධ සේවාවල සාමාජිකයන්ට නිවාස ඉදිකිරීම පිණිස මූල්යමය සහය ලබා දීම සදහා යෝජනා ක්රම ඇති කිරීම.
මේ පනත යටතේ සුදුසුකම් ලබන සන්නද්ධ හමුදා සාමාජිකටයන්ට නිවාස පහසුකම් ලබාදීම සදහා ආධාර ලබාදීම. සන්නද්ධ සේවා සාමාජිකයන් විසින් මූල්ය ආයතන විසින් ණය ලබා ගැනීම සදහා සහ එම ණය ගෙවීම සදහා එම සන්නද්ධ සේවා සාමාජිකයන්ට ආධාර ලබා දීම සදහා විධිවිධාන සැලැස්වීම. සන්නද්ධ හමුදා සාමාජිකයෙකු මියයන අවස්ථාවේදී හෝ සටනේදී හෝ අන්යාකාරයකට ස්ථිරව ආබාධිතයෙක් වන අවස්ථාවකදී හෝ තුවාල සිදුවන අවස්ථාවකදී ණය ආපසු ගෙවනු ලැබීම සහතික කර ගැනීම සදහා යෝජනා ක්රමයක් සකස් කිරීම.
